We're working hard to automate as much as possible, but nothing beats the years of experience of a card-carrying union member. With your help, we can make this database more useful to all and assist our brothers and sisters in their struggles.

Each document uploaded to our database is divided into paragraphs.

If we missed a tag that should be there, you can add it! We do our best to tag them, so everyone can find the relevant parts as fast as possible and (soon!) use the comparison mechanism.

Using comments, you can share your knowledge and understanding, or learn by discussing particular points of a contract with other users. Don't underestimate this! Understanding "legalese" and the real-life effects of particular provisions takes years to master. The discussions here will be readily available for all looking to learn.
